Upon my discover, I found the 'UFO' which transport you back in time. Haha... actually is a device which vibrates to inform you that your food is ready.

Fries with Cheese favor, yum yum~

Sesame Glutinous with Peanut Topping, something like the glutinous ball...

UFO dessert set, 1 Topping RM4.50 , add RM1 for each extra toppings.

I was looking for this shop quite sometimes in SS2, somehow timing isn't right. For those who are familiar with Snowflake & Chatime, you'll find something similar here. Ambient were nice & clean.

Secret Recipe @ New Jusco Rawang

Spend my last visit in a recent open Aeon Jusco at Rawang. Everything still new... some shop lot still under vacant. I found myself hungry & wonder what to eat? Then I decided to go Secret Recipe since nothing much option to choose from.

Now I know Secret Recipe is a large franchise which will immediately turn a lot of people off since it’s not a ‘hidden gem’ or ‘secret find’.

Pumpkin Soup, never miss my favor...

Deep Fried Chicken chop with Cheese, it was fried to a golden brown with slightly charred edges without stripping off its moisture within. The layer of cheese melted nicely in between the chicken on top, giving it a nice cheesy & savory taste all in one bite.

Irish Lamb Stew, lamb shank serve in herbs & vege... Long, slow, braised lamb shank are perfect comfort food which tenderizes the meat until, when it is cooked, the meat will quite literally fall from the bone but they remove the bone & you don't seen any bones there. Slightly disappointed as the meat are getting smaller. What happen ar?

Freshly Brewed White Coffee... slurps arrr.... nice!

It was also very nice with my white coffee which I must admit I have been pleasantly surprised with on my few visits other outlet. It’s been quite smooth & hasn’t had the bitterness that so often spoils coffee bought in KL.

Lastly, Chocolate Banana cake. The portion got smaller! As u can see from the pic above, Tastewise? Drop in quality though.

Total damage Rm58.00 include tax. Overall the food were so so only...

Corona Extra

Corona Extra, better known as Corona & labeled as Coronita in Spain is a brand of pale lager owned & produced a number of breweries in Mexico.

Clean nose & flavor, light-bodied, mild sweetness in the finish with some bite. Alcohol level only 5%. Any other beers might have a similar taste but I do get this distinctive sugar cane juice mouth feel & aftertaste. Despite being widely available & the world's fourth best selling brand, Corona has managed to maintain an image as the alternative to the usual.

König Ludwig Weissbier Hell Beer... It sound like make from hell. I had this at a German-style pub. The among of the top 10 wheat beer brands & is widely recognized as a Bavarian specialty.

Is brewed using traditional methods & is bottle fermented.

This Weissbier had highs & lows. It looked too pale for a Weissbier... There were no clouds of yeast. It smelled like a typical Weissbier, cloves, bananas & sometimes taste abit apple favor. Alcohol level 5.5%. The mouth feel was too watery, average at best.

Familiar with this icon? Nope? Is an iWeb & iDVD.

What does it do on iWeb? It was a template-based website creation tool developed by Apple suite for digital lifestyle. It allows users to create websites, blogs & customize them with their own text, photos & movies.

Then, how about iDVD? It's allows the user to add QuickTime Movies, MP3 music &digital photos to a DVD that can then be played on a commercial DVD player. iDVD has 100 different Apple-designed animated themes, many with different submenus that match the main theme for additional content such as chapters or other extras in either widescreen 16:9 or standard 4:3 formats.

The existing features won’t disappear immediately, Apple says that will continue to host operational through June 30, 2012. Unfortunately, Apple already remove both of them since pre-loaded with Mac OS 10.7 Lion into the latest Mac Computer.

Sadly the popularity is not on demand so the Lion kicks em out.

If anyone who purchase the latest Mac, it will not included...

Lets go Tuk Ball (Poke Balls)...

It was a day of fun, simple joy of hitting & stroking the balls. Hmm... like 3 to 4 years I did not touch or play any snooker since then. I am not overly crazy on snooker but when I was young during my college time used to be, can say addicted. The sensation of forcing the ball into the pocket with a loud slam can just be the perfect therapy when I get really stressed out at anything. Sometimes, I do not care so much of pocketing the balls or playing with strategies at all, I just want to "feel" the ball pounding the edges of the table & somehow it just feels good. I do not know how or why, they just feel darn good....

I may not be a pro, but I sure can play... =)

Fitou Brasserie @ Desa Park Waterfront

A place to hang on the deck facing the Desa Park lake setting in the restaurant.

The Fitou Brasserie is owned by a Frenchman & his Malaysian wife. They serve French & Spanish food and the place was always busy with customers, mostly groups of people having beer or wine section.

For me as usual, a pint of Guinness Beer just to relief my thirst...

Pumpkin Soup, creamy & tasty...

Deefried Short Pork Ribs, these are the best ribs you will ever have!

The Creme Brulee, was also really good, though I didn’t have space for seconds. Anyway it just nice till every spoon I take...

The service here is excellent & the waiters are very attentive & friendly. I will come back here again for sure.

29 things I did when I was 29 years old.

1) Celebrate my birthday 29th birthday at Smokehouse, Bangsar. That was nice, old school table & chairs, fireplace & decorative basics... A simple celebration with my closest friends.

2) Had my flying fox for the first time at Skytrek Adventure... While I'm gliding from tree to tree... I question myself, “Did I really signed up for this?” Ohh... hell ya~ really put myself on test. My stamina, ability, courage & mental... Yes, you got to put everything on test.

3) Make a trip down to the south, Malacca... Heading to South since so many things I need to discover compare to last trip I done, journey the North. A short trip will do fine.

4) Had my greatest celebration during last Chinese New Year. Yup, the best things at hometown I can gather all my family & friends as a group reunion. I had group chatting, yum-chaing, gambling & etc but I consider that was best among all those years back.

5) Crash Boom Bang! Bad luck strike & it wasn't good...

6) Short trip to Klang & seafood craving....

7) Visit Charcoal Factory for the first time. Make my way to the charcoal factory in Kuala Sepetang is located right in the middle of a spectacular mangrove forest at Perak. I learn a lot about the traditional processes of charcoal.

8) My Summer Holiday

Basically, I just had a wonderful 3 days & 2 nights trip with 10 friends of mine in Pulau Redang. Oh Y-E-S! Finally I stepped my foot on one of the Malaysia most happening & infamous islands! I grinned....

9) Official worked for 2 years in the company

10) I always wanted to cycle in Shah Alam Malaysia Agriculture Park. Therefore, I decided to go there for a day trip.

11) Brought a Macbook Pro 15" that my wishlist fulfill.

12) Company Dinner 2011, Yup... The night ended so well & everyone manage to receive complimentary from the company. Yet I have nice foods, drinks & good team mates but being a photographer for the whole night kinda tiring at the end I deserve for better treatment =)

13) Almost every year I attend the Bon Odori for the 3rd times although I'm not a big fan of Japanese culture but I can’t convince myself not to go there. I just don’t know why.

14) Another great collection from Giorgio Armani for 2011. Thanks to John for the invitation & the location were set place at the new wing of Suria KLCC Mall.

15) So I was called again by John to be his assistant & also the rest of the crew for Armani Exchange winter collection.

16) Attend the finale party celebrated AXE’s search for the most seductive criminal. The beautiful & sexy AXE Police ladies were deployed & fine these seductively dangerous individuals who smell great to turn themselves in!

17) Got myself a Canon 24-105mm f/4L Lens... For sure I'm gonna fully utilities it.

18) At lease I had a great time with all my colleagues during the internal staff annual dinner.

19) Meet Namewee during the August Man event at Publika, Solaris Dutamas. It was drizzling day & the invitees did not arrived in time due to heavy rain around Klang Valley.

20) I starts a long climb of 272 steps towards the biggest cave at Batu Caves for the first time. It wasn't easy with the gear & equipment on.

21) This is the very first time I step my foot on Sungei Palas Boh tea plantation field. It was a chaotic moment squeezing through the traffic up the highland & into the tea field in the long day.

22) Done my first modeling shoot. Shooting models lends itself to slightly different than landscape shoot. I never had any experience of shooting model although some of my friend invited me before but I didn't.

23) Time to fly again... Leaving from hustle & bustle city life. A trip to Hong Kong. Historic buildings stand amids ultra modern office buildings, through & into the back streets of the old city of what was known as Victoria where modern Hong Kong began.

At the end I did meet Mickey at Hong Kong Disneyland....

24) Participate the Canon Photomarathon & it was really good experience for me.

25) Brought Steve Jobs Biography.

After hearing Steve Jobs past away, I was shocked to the point of stopping in my tracks. His creations changed our way of life forever. I will always remember him.

26) The visit to Macau was an eye opening experience, especially exploring the city center since all the heritage sites were just walking distance with each other. All the heritage sites that I have been to, it is Macau that I think offers an authentic glance back history & the scenery is just breathtaking.

27) I had been working & preparing for the most ultimate launching, the iPad 2. The madness did not just hit youngsters but senior citizens were also seen queuing up at the shops. Somehow the demands are too high expectation.

28) Had my very first durians buffet at SS2, PJ...

29) You know you are seriously think about the future & at a point where two lives becomes one. AND she's in it...

Today I'm officially turn 30...
Is time to look forward for something.

My First Model Shoot

Shooting models lends itself to slightly different than landscape shoot. I never had any experience of shooting model although some of my friend invited me before but I didn't. Now I'll been invited by Brendan Lee (BrenKenLee.com) to join the shoot. It's totally different from events to model shoot. Life experience yo~

At the top of the pack would be my Canon 50mm f/1.8L & 24-105mm f/4L. Anything in & around the 100mm range tends to be the most flattering for portraits & even full body shots & premium lenses with fast f/stops will give the best look.

Sometimes she can be very playful at once... Anyway it been nice working both of you (Brendan & Eda). Next time we will shoot again...

Durian Party

I still remember the durian buffet I had at SS2 Durian at for RM10 more than few months ago. Now, the price has gone up to RM15 due to low harvest. Instead of buffet, I prefer having durian at my house. I had XO & Bamboo Leg (Chook Keok) that turned out really creamy & tasted so much better. The best durians I ever had so far. Burrppp!!!

My WishList for 2012

I never think about what I want for Christmas anymore. I am so caught up trying to figure out what to get everyone else that I don't stop to ponder what is on my wish list. I came out some thought & I came up with a few things. My wish list for 2012 were simple...

List No.1 - Travel

I need a vacation just to relax my mind & soul. Some holidays are once in a lifetime experiences. Visits their destinations across Asia ensures I can select the best possible accommodation that can be. I wonder which one would be nice? Thailand... Cambodia... Vietnam... or Bali??

List No. 2 - iPhone

People always assume that I already had an iPhone 4s, actually not. I'm using my iPhone 4 & still serve me well. iPhone 4s not really into my interest but I'm hoping next year Apple would come out another new generation of iPhone's. So this year stick with the old one & looking forward for the next ultimate iPhone.

List No. 3 - Property

I always wish to own an apartment for myself. By that time I can put all my personal stuff. What can I say "Home Sweet Home!" but not for now. I'm tired of moving around. Property? Hopefully but it can be a good investment & it’d be nice to have my own home. Still searching...

List No. 4 - Credit Card

Credit card is commonly used by all people but lots of people are unable to pay off their credit card debt. For me, I will start clearing & used less. Plan properly for my next budget 2012.

List No. 5 - External Flash

I wish to own my external flash instead of borrowing from my friends. Canon Speedlite 580EX II would an idea. This is Canon’s first weather-resistant flash. However, it does not mean much to me because I am using Canon EOS 550D SLR which does not have weather-resistant feature. However, it will be a good partner with it. Aiming~

One fine day decided to pay a visit to Desa Parkcity's Waterfront for a short fun photo outing.

The scenery around Desa Parkcity Waterfront was nice, coupled with the good weather, I managed to capture some dogs roaming around. Desa Parkcity residents sure love their dogs as we saw many people walking their dog that evening.

At the mean time, the most attractive for dogs were the "Husky" aka Siberian dog...

I'll be coming here again for more photography experience.

The last few days have been very stressful for me especially new iPhone 4s were launch. Not the whole day in total. Parts of it was good, I had fun. But a few bad things happened. I guess that's life... "Shit" happens. Sometimes you can be annoy by lots of phone calls none stop calling rapidly especially friends keeps on requesting for the iPhone 4s stock. Can't fulfill say that "I'm not helpful"... WTF! I have limits...

Seriously I'm not handling on iPhone 4s department & also no idea any incoming stock. Only think I can suggest go direct to Telcos or purchase directly thru online (if you don't want to sign any package)... Those may not understand the situation, please do not treat me like I assume know everything, gets everything or anything. I'm just ordinary worker who work under one organization. Ok mou?

Housemate Sucks

Let me think, it's been 4 months staying this rented room. Things getting rough recently & many misunderstanding occur. Somehow I just pick a wrong place & wrong housemate. They'll totally unfriendly. Not at all... They don't even care, bother, greeting, communication or even smile. Sometimes it shown a "Fuck-Up face" just like someone get fucked yesterday. Besides they quite calculative especially electrics & utilities bills.

Actually, most of my housemates haven’t flat-out sucked. They’ve been all around pretty decent people, just had some flaws that made living with others pretty difficult. I guess we’ll never know. It worst than no body care business.

Some people did encourage me to move out.
Yes, I did plan for & it's a matter of time....

Castle Lager Beer

Have you ever wonder if Africa made any beer? The front has the Castle logo which is & you expect, a castle. Strange though as most African people didn’t build castles. The name of the founder is Charles Glass.

There isn’t much to say about how Castle Lager looks once you pour it into a glass. The alcoholic level is 5%. It’s pale yellow & fizzy. It has a taste of a blend of barley & the other ingredients in there. But not in the satisfying way. But at the end of the day, it is still a tasteless, boring lager.

Infinity Blade 2

An immortal cycle of violence, battle, pain & death. That’s what holding the Infinity Blade promises you. Despite your having fought through the tower of the God King, defeated his champions & cast him down, your victory has only secured you more of the same. More fighting, more violence & many many more deaths of cause I called it 18SG!! (violent indeed).

Like its predecessor, Infinity Blade II sets the bar for graphical fidelity on Apple’s devices but it opens up the experience pioneered by its predecessor by refining the original & expanding it in just about every way possible.

Combat is no longer the rote affair it was in Infinity Blade (previous version) or at least, there’s a whole lot more to learn & many styles to master. You can approach battles with the standard sword & shield as in the previous game, complete with all the abilities you had last time around.

That my level point...

Equipment & item management has been overhauled, as has the in-game store, with new pre-fight energy drinks offering health regeneration & double experience points. It looks like a console game but there certainly isn't the same level of longevity.

Despite leveraging the dual-core processor power of Apple’s new A5 chip in its iPad 2 & iPhone 4S, the game still occasionally sees frame rate issues that suggest it’s a little too much to handle. Too bad, I'm using iPhone 4 & sometimes it might lagging due to slow processing. I would suggest using iPad 2 for bigger screen play & faster graphics.

Looks like Apple just blew the lid right off & the long awaited iPhone 4S will be launched in Malaysia on the 16 December 2011. Although the iPhone 4S price in Malaysia has not been officially announced but on the 16th, we will get the official answer. The expected prices under all three telcos Maxis, Digi & Celcom would definitely be cheaper than retail prices, based on the their existing iPhone 4 plans. Why not?

iPhone 4s - Antenna Issue?

Every time Apple releases an iPhone, it says that the latest version is the most amazing iPhone ever. They are not lying with the iPhone 4S, which is clearly the best of all its older siblings so far. At first glance, not much is different in the appearance of the iPhone 4S compared to its predecessor. However, the antenna reception was one of the major complaints about last year’s iPhone 4, but it has significantly improved on this year’s release.

In special reception tests of the iPhone 4S that duplicated those we did on the iPhone 4, the newer phone did not display the same reception flaw, which involves a loss of signal strength when you touch a spot on the phone’s lower left side while you’re in an area with a weak signal.

Previously Steve Jobs had explained to journalists that every smartphone has “weak spots” that may cause signal attenuation when held in a certain way. Apple found that keeping a protective case around the iPhone 4 decreased the likelihood of signal loss, so the company started a temporary free-case program for customers experiencing the issue.

Apple had promise to fix the problem as long it gets satisfaction to the consumer.

Despite the wave of negative commentary on the antenna, the iPhone 4 was Apple’s best-selling handset ever. In an episode famously named “Antennagate” many early iPhone 4 customers reported that covering the lower-left antenna band of the handset caused significant signal loss, or at worst, dropped calls. To be honestly, I had used my iPhone 4 for 1 year past & I don't found any problem regarding antenna issue.

I had dinner at Steamboat restaurant at Desa Park City. The place is quiet at night & the houses in this residential area are really modern looking. There is a small shopping centre called The Waterfront. The restaurant's concept was based on Pulau Ketam's seafood. The steamboat is served individually like B.B.Q Plaza. Besides the price for the food here is higher than B.B.Q Plaza.

I had ordered Bamboo Fish Paste Set which consists of the usual, fish balls, yong tau foo, prawn, crab stick, minced fish, yau mak & etc.

Add on some Lamb...

This is how it looks like after I put all the food into the pot. So in other word, it's more hygienic. Otherwise, the food is fresh & delicious but abit pricey.

Ultimate Tonkotsu Ramen, tonkotsu broth noodles topped with char siew, flavored egg, black fungus, spring onion, bamboo shoot (seafood), seaweed & fragrant garlic oil. It's garnishing with spring onion, leek oil made this portion more tastier & aromatic.

I heard most of the ingredients are imported from Japan & every bowl of noodle costly a little bit.

Batu Caves is one of the many tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur & it's significant landmark that carries immense religious importance for the Hindu populace in Malaysia. The cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India, dedicated to Lord Murugan. It is the focal point of Hindu festival of Thaipusam.

Then I starts a long climb of 272 steps towards the biggest cave & it not easy. The steps may be narrow so you gotta becareful...

When I first caught the expression of this monkey, poised & watchful, I imagined to myself he might be wearing an expression of prayer & solemnity.

This was my very first time there. I would say the place was awesome. I've never in my life experienced such effort put into this beautiful limestone hill.

After watching the naturally carved walls that are towered by a very high dome-like ceiling, which also naturally lighted up by sunrays entering thru holes atop.

Movie Marathon - December

Petaling Street Warrior

The movie is about a hawker seller often got extortion from chinese gang & colonial police in Petaling Street, Kuala Lumpur back 1908 where many traders stop by for business & some even stayed here permanently. In order to stop the extortion he set up a neighborhood gang to protect the local community known as DIY Gang (Do It Yourself Gang). The situation got tougher that he is actually from one of a royal family that his ancestor left a treasure map for him that had attracted Japan & Qing Government people to go after him.

Overall this movie were good but the effect not as good as what I seen. Anyway I'm still supporting local production.

Puss in Boots

Way before Puss ever met Shrek, furry feline hero goes on a swashbuckling ride, as he teams with mastermind Humpty Dumpty & the street-savvy Kitty to steal the famed Goose that lays the Golden Eggs.

The movie filled with a bit laughter & not bad. I do recommended you to watch in 3D. However from the looks of this ‘Puss In Boots, the new spin-off featuring the swashbuckling feline from the Shrek franchise, looks pretty damn good!

Till then, more good movie to be watch in the month of December.

iPhone 4s - Coming Soon To Malaysia

Like an answered of prayer, the adrenaline rushed through my vein as I saw the teaser about iPhone 4S is coming soon in all telco Malaysia website. No wonder... Apple did originally planned to launch the iPhone 4S end November in Malaysia but it has now been postponed to December.

At this point I still don't have any source or Maxis, Digi & Celcom plan yet. Price for iPhone 4s expected will be 16GB- RM2190, 32GB- RM2590 & 64GB- RM2990. Not confirm yet, just part of my prediction.

Clubbing Nowadays Ain't For Me

It's been awhile I did not go clubbing...

Speaking of socializing, have you even heard how a club sound like before? Assuming that you've met a really nice girl that you like & you want to talk to her but thanks to the music, half of your pick up line got drown out in the way & you'll end up with one really confused girl who have no idea what you're talking about. My friend used to say that this was a good thing because it allows you to lean in real close with the girl (perhaps your hand could get adventurous in the meantime) to talk to her. Which is why I guess the relationships you find from clubbing are usually short flings or one night stands. No no no... Not for me & I'm a good boy anyway =) In all the years I’ve been clubbing - drunken & sober.

The news only gets worse if you're a guy. Because unlike girls where there's ladies night & stuff, guys don't get to enjoy privileges like those. We are expected to pay for almost anything related to clubbing. The entrance fee, our own drinks & also the drinks of the girl you want to hit on. Unless you're a boss of a really big ass company or the son of a boss of a really big ass company, clubbing is definitely not worth it. Because by the end of the day, you'll end up with one big hole in your pocket (maybe your liver too).

Clubbing isn't that bad for all we know. I'm just saying that there are a lot more enjoyable activities out there other than clubbing alone. Activities that requires you to waste less time, effort & money than clubbing. One of my friends used to say, "Why go clubbing for the sake of dancing if you can dance to your hearts content elsewhere?" Haha...

Anyway... I'm still enjoying clubbing & that parts of social for society nowadays. Somehow in this age it wasn't meant to me now. Perhaps my young days were gone. Perhaps I'm growing up. Maybe I prefer drinking in bar or at home better for me & that I called partying!

Though it was several years ago, that term has always stuck with me, probably because, I think that's a very good way to put it. Every relationship begins with a crush, an attraction. The person of interest is a dream. You could only wish to be with he/her, to be their boy/girlfriend, to know everything about them & grow with them.

They are, "The One" it's unbelievable!! Isn't this the truth? No one goes into a relationship so seriously with someone they're not crazy about. But sadly, at some point this excitement, this appeal, this idea of perfection fades. Why? You couldn't wait to see them, to hear from them. You would give anything to be with them. Somewhere along the line, the unicorn, just became a regular horse. And it is because of this, in my opinion, that the majority of relationships out there do not last. He or she is no longer that special & so you both start to act differently, or do stupid things that eventually lead to breaking up.

To me, the saddest part about a relationship that did not work out, is the inevitable path both parties are on to become strangers. They start out as strangers, grow to learn about each other, eventually become each others lives & then break up & return to being strangers again.

Stage 1:

Everyone starts out as strangers. You don't know who she'll be, you don't even know she exists right now. Well that was the first meeting point.

Stage 2:

By some chance, you meet her. It could be through a mutual friend, online profile, a friend you've had for a long time & it's just clicking, or a total stranger you bump into on the street. Whatever it is... you meet her & most importantly you are attracted. The chasing begins...

Stage 3:

If she's your type & you click, you'll find a way to keep talking & getting to know each other. At some point, she'll be the only person on your mind, you'll always look forward to getting that call or text from her. You flirt, your eyes always meet first in a crowded room... Well she is "The One."

Stage 4:

If you make it here, then I say congrats! You have found someone, out of all the people in the world. Who likes you the way you like her at the same time. If you think about it, that's quite a feat. Make the right moves & she is now your girlfriend. Lucky, you are finally with the most awesomeness!! a perfect girl to you. Thus begins the honeymoon stage as everyone knows it. The beginning of the relationship when the two of you couldn't be happier or more excited that you are together.

Stage 5:

Time will pass & whether you want to believe it or not, the fire won't rage on. But that's Ok, it's only normal & healthy for each of you to simmer down & just be chill with each other. This is when you get comfortable. There's no need to fake anything, you'll be real, you'll be honest. Some fights might occur, some problems may arise, but that's fine. Again, it's only normal. What you do & where you go with those arguments & that comfortableness is what makes the difference into the next stage. The comfortable stage is tricky because it could be very short, or very very long, years even, but you'll never know until after it's over...

Stage 6:

For many, the problems persist & despite trying to make up each time, you're still arguing, upset, or dissatisfied with the relationship. It's only once in awhile that you two are actually totally happy, because most of the time... your just tolerating each other. This is the stage when most people say... "It's not great, but it's not bad". By the way, that's never a good description of a relationship. If you're saying that, you're probably headed for the next stage.

Stage 7:

If you've gotten here, most likely there's not much time left for the two of you. There may be valiant efforts to save the relationship, but in the end, everything will add up & it'll be too hard to keep it going. Something was lost along the way & you can't bring it back. Usually both of you will be too afraid to make the final call but one of you will. It's rarely completely mutual, but each case is of course different. Most likely, both you & her won't agree at the same exact moment to break it off, and this results in the "he broke up with me" or "she broke up with me" when it was really what both of you were thinking at some point. However, there are definitely the cases that are really one-sided, when she doesn't see it coming at all, and you essentially "break her heart". "He cheated on me" or "She cheated on me". Those are the worst if 3rd party appears.

Stage 8:

The Break Up. Pretty self explanatory. If you're lucky, it'll be on good terms. Sometimes they're long and drawn out. Regardless of the duration or type... the relationship will end. Heart breaks... There is no time now.

Stage 9:

Assuming you were total strangers before... There will/must be a time of distance in order to heal. You & her are coldly thrown back into a life null of each other & it takes a while to adjust back. This is the most difficult part. Be strong. "Time heals all wounds"

Stage 10:

Depending on your personality/support/life events... stage 9 will end after a certain amount of time. You'll either move on, or find someone new. Usually the most common way people move on is just finding someone new. It's not necessarily a rebound, but seeing that there's another person out there sorta makes the pain from the last one start to go away. Or you try to convince yourself that your ex was never be "The One" in the first place.

Stage 11:

If both of you are mature & have good hearts... the two of you will recall a time when you were very important to one another & a part of each others' lives. This will undoubtedly cause you to sometimes think about them & how they're doing. As a result, once in a while you'll send them an email, or message, or a call to say hello. Maybe even catch up over coffee? This might happen a few times, but after awhile, the time between will become longer & longer. She'll get a new boyfriend, so meeting up won't be a priority. You might have a new girlfriend too. After some time... the two of you won't be talking at all & will have totally lost touch, bringing you back to right where you started...

Strangers:
After a few more months or properly years... everything the two of you went thru will feel like a dream that may or may not have happened. It just a memories which happen long long time ago.

Path 1:
At the end of the honeymoon stage, entering the comfortable stage is where a difference happens. If you & her are truly right for each other this stage lasts a very long time. Once in awhile there are hiccups, but overall, you & her are trying to really make the relationship grow & last. It's not easy & it takes work for sure. If you can do this right, the relationship will mature. The two of you will hopefully continue on for a very long time & if everything falls into place... you could be headed towards true love & marriage. Don't get too comfortable though, because sometimes life throws curveballs & things might happen that totally catch you off guard. Priorities change as people grow & want new/different things & you could find yourself at the "Tolerate Stage" & eventually "Downhill" even if the "Comfortable" stage was long & strong.

Path 2:
When the breakup happens, if the two of you were friends from before, or really really mature about it, the two of you might be able to bring it back to before the relationship started. There will still need to be time to heal & move on (usually it'll be faster) & if you're lucky, you'll be friends again who can be cool and chill about everything that happened. It's rare, but it does happen. Sadly though, you are still on the road to becoming strangers, because she will find someone new & so will you & just like anyone else, it won't be as important to keep in touch as you'll want to focus on your new relationship.

There's technically another possibility, it's for those people who go in circles. Break up, make up, break up, make up. I chose not to draw it because those relationships are really dumb. After the break up, they'll get lonely, or think they can make it work this new time & they'll get back together. At best, it'll take them back to a short lived comfortable stage & right into the middle of tolerate. I know very few cases of them finding themselves on the path to long term. At some point, people in those scenarios just have to accept the fact that there are problems they can't solve & stick with their decisions & move on.

If anyone who pass the Path 1 in maturity to long term without any problem & marriage would be great. Both are ready to commit each other & prepare for everything. It's the most awesome thing if you can make it onto Path 1 & end up at a loving marriage. We're always growing, always learning & I know we'll all make it there to the end.

Conclusion:
My interpretation is not 100% correct. Everyone & every relationship is different. This is just loosely based on my experiences & those people I know around me. I'm also not "condemning" your relationship. I would like to wish nothing but everlasting happiness between you & your significant other, for real.

Till then, we are growing people.

OMG! She's Back Again

Remember the last post about her, Encounter Crazy Lady. Now she's back again but alone. No parents accompany her. Die this time!

She came in the store around 12pm & walked around weirdly. After awhile she just stood near the cashier counter for almost 1 hour not moving at all. Her face expression were so numb & confuse. 2 hours, still standing the same spot. 3 hour later, she's start to play around our demo Macbook. My management decided to called security guard to convince her out from the store.

She as stubborn as she goes. She wouldn't leave & wouldn't let go the Macbook. Everytime the guard convince her, she act violently by hitting the Macbook. WTF! Our demo~

Making no choice, the guard called police for the final decision. The only thing everyone worry her condition will get worst as you know crazy people easily injured others. Half & hour later, the police came by. The final moment. One of our colleague quickly grab away the Macbook & police immediately drag her out from the store. She try to fight back & police had to treat her hard way.

Summary:
The good thing we done, let authorities handle it. No one hurt. No one get in trouble.

I hope she get a better treatment in proper way.

Make A Report within 24 Hour

Very very minor accident, not a big deal. I don't declare accident either. What else? Just feel Tulan (piss off) & log police report only.

Scenario:

On my way back home from Kota Damansara after done my grocery shopping at 11pm. Take a left turn & toward to Jalan SS2/55 then make right turn to Jalan SS2/50. Before I cross the junction, I had to stop. Suddenly a car from behind crash into my car although it did not hit hard. I came down & ask him pull to the roadside. I did not angry & make sure no one get hurt. He came down from his vehicle with his 3 friends. I ask him how to settle. He denied there were nothing wrong & refuse to settle. I knew he was drunk. The way he talk is only ignorance. He denied & drove away. WTF!

I felt very Tulan (pist off) of his act so I make a police report nearby to give him a lesson & safety.

Conclusion:
Is a good things that I done, do the right thing. I'm not make any trouble for both parties. Since he refuse to settle & better let the police summon him. Secondly is the best thing to protect myself. Why? Have you ever know people can counter back by saying different stories by logging police report. Better make my report within 24 hour for my safety.

Get the reverse sensor repair & polish my back bumper.

Tsingtao Beer

It was brewed & bottled by Tsingtao Brewery in Qingdao in China. Very nice Chinese sea-side town, is Qingdao. The little logo featuring a pagoda is a good touch.

Regardless of that, a classless Communist society has produced a classy beer. It tells of how since 1903, Tsingtao has been so called internationally recognized as the finest beer in China & how their fine ingredients have produced an award winning beer.

4.7% alcoholic volume is middle-of-the-road & a bit of the continental standard 5%. In this small 330ml bottle...

On the first sip, my ever so slightly chilled bottle tastes like the sum of its parts. It tastes like a lager smoothed & rounded by rice. Being a lager, there is no flavor to bother the taste buds.

Tsingtao Beer not well recognized in Malaysia but during my trip at Hong Kong & Macau, everywhere is Tsingtao. You can't escape from it...

Till then, yum-seng!!

In a city where good bars & restaurants tend to be jammed pack into shophouses or housed this is just what KL needs but this bars were out of ordinary. It has everything you need to release your stresses away. The ceilings are high, wooden tables sturdy yet comfortable, with ample space between each dining party.

An Oxtail Soup, clear soup with the flavour characterized by white radish, ginger & garlic, while oxtail gives the soup an incomparable richness.

Next will be my main dish. Bacon Spaghetti Carbonara.

Roast Spring Chicken served in mushroom sauce, like I say it's out of ordinary. Their portion is quite big...

Bacon Pizza - mushrooms, pineapples & some secret ingredient. Kindly disappointed, too wet & pizza suppose to be dry, right?

Lastly, Creme Brulee. Using caramel egg custard, with a layer of burnt sugar on top.

Overall the food were ok. With so much to choose from the menu & it was such a wonderful, relaxing setting, I recommend Ecoba for a seriously laid back evening with friends.

Been sick for couple of days, a lots of event & food might be missed but not for long. I went to Cafe Takahashi. It's located on the 6th floor, Pavilion inside the Tokyo Street section.

The concept of Tokyo Street is to create a modern facets of Japanese culture & ambient by using the Japanese traditional elements. Most of the shops interior are based on Japanese culture, many of the shops are named in Japanese character. Japanese Lantern are used for the lighting decoration.

A cup of hot Green Tea served my day...

Japanese Style Hokkaido Corn Soup, nice but abit too salty. I guess the chef accidentally put too much.

Chicken Curry Baked Rice, a little heavy & it may be too rich for lunch. Simply cheesy as it taste!

Chicken Cutlet Spaghetti, not bad for the appearance. It may be deceiving the noodle + fried chicken cutlet seemed abit dry. Never-less I manage to whack the whole meal. Hungry indeed!

The traditional and modern Japanese design concept changes the urban shopping experience. Service was good. Constantly refilling our green tea on own's initiative, without being intrusive.

Whenever I'm sick, I'm sure gonna stuck up with pills. Arrg! Have no choice to get myself on cure. If not flu sure sorethroat, if not headache sure fever. No worries, will get back on track soon. For those have a same problem, I would advice to drink more water. Clean your room & it could be dusty that why make you sick. Weathers nowadays is so unpredictable, you can't tell will it be rain or hot.

Boddingtons Beer

Since 1778 when it was first brewed at Strangeways Brewery in Manchester, Boddingtons is a type of high quality top fermented English ale beer. Boddingtons is one of the first beers in the world to use a "widget" Draughtflow system.

Served in a pint of glass. Appearance is typical of nitro beers. Cascading carbonation leading to a puffy white head. The beer is a clear amber. Smell is sweet, grainy & slightly lemony. Overall I think this beer is OK but is far from being a good example of an english ale. Good to slurp till the last moment. Burrpp!!

Stärker Beer - The Lager...

This place carry their own brand called Stärker Beer which have 3 choices to choose from. The aromatic, the lager & the dunkel (new beer). They promoting the fresh unpasteurized & unfiltered beer in the outlet that have been growing like mushroom & now expanding more to other state as well.

Crunchy Pork, the crispy crunchy skin crackles as you take your first bite only to reveal the mouthwatering fat that sits right below then at long last you taste it all together with the savory pork belly meat. It’s Sibeh Awesome!! Sorry yo~ is ain't Halal...

Seafood Pasta, seafood & pasta make a great recipe combination. Is simple, is easy & healthy

I will still stick to the Stärker Lager the next time I visit Over Time. It's still a good quality brew when it’s judged at the expectation of a Lager. Who cares, right? Cheer!!

Real Steal

I enjoyed this movie. Real Steel is light hearted, emotional but overall it was fun & entertaining. I don’t know if I’d absolutely say you must see it in the theater but don’t dismiss it like I did early on when I first saw the trailer.

Immortals

The brutal & bloodthirsty King Hyperion and his murderous Heraklion army are rampaging across Greece in search of the long lost Bow of Epirus. With the invincible Bow, the king will be able to overthrow the Gods of Olympus & become the undisputed master of his world.

I like this movie, the sound effect was deafening at some points of the movie, but that is all forgiven when the action goes on the screen. Personally, I might get the DVD to catch all those censored scenes which were cut out in the cinema version. You know laa everything in Malaysia cinema sure censored one, boring...

How often have you noticed the numbers 11.11.11 These number sequences are not necessarily only time prompts. To your mind, is this a coincidence, or are they too frequent to be random? Perhaps you are puzzled or amused by this phenomenon? Possibly even a little bit nervous?

For me, it wasn't a good day. Recent hour ago, during my working hour. I had encounter worst day of my life. 2 facts that makes me uneasy. A stolen Macbook's & Crazy lady in the store.

Stolen Macbook's

The thief nowadays very dare enough to steal whatever stuff that they find useful. This is not done alone but with group of people (4-5 person, at lease). Here is the scenario - walk into the store, play around the macbook's to make sure the unit are proper working & correct model. Scouting around the store to make sure how many staff on floor & also CCTV. His people will distract all the staff out of his perimeter. When the time right, he used his padlock cutter to cut the notebook lock which attach on the Macbook's as fast as it can & put into his hand carry bag nice & easy without anybody notice. Just a split second. He just look steady & cool as it was. Pretending nothing happen, he walked away like normal. This thief must be very professional.

One of the staff found out, it was too late. The most expensive & latest Macbook Pro 17" were gone. What else? Log to police report nearby. Just out of our luck & nothing can be done. That time not many staff on floor & some having a lunch break (included me as well). All the staff also worry about commission or salary deduction. I hope the management could make a fair judgement for the staff.

Encounter Crazy Lady
2nd scenario - one Malay ladies walked in & out our store for few times. At first none of us notice, the staff were busy serving customers. Some of staff try entertain her, she was acting weird by saying "go away, I know what I want, you don't anything & you shut up" Dramatic hur? Few hours still doing the same shit!! Keep on spinning around the accessories department for no reason. Her face expression telling me something. She looking for something & very confuse. Hell breaks off... Yelling! Shouting! Screaming! in the store... What other people may think of? We ask her to leave but she ignore us.

Her parents were outside the store. One of our staff approach her parent & ask to take her away but they also can't handle her. Headache! Right after our shop close at 10.00pm, she still there. I must say, she already out of her mind - CRAZY is the words I express. Her condition getting worst as it seems. Any reason why she became like this? Her parent did told us about her stories.

She is a brilliant student which score almost everything. She score 7 A's & 1 B's that consider awesome in her SPM. But she look in different way, because of 1 subject she score B apparently she fail & she turn into like this. Why wanna takes yourself so seriously?

In the mean time, some of the staff try to chase her away but her parent still done nothing. Just stood & numb looking face. Almost 1 hour since the store close at 10pm, she finally make up her mind & walk out the store. She also say "Bye!" God! Finally she's gone. Can go back home peacefully! Please never come back again for the sake of it!!

Conclusion-
I had a very bad days at work & to repeat again 11.11.11 wasn't a good day at all. I don't found anything special. It just happen on 11th November 2011. One last think, I hope my management will understand this situation & don't wish to happen.

Till then, give me a break please!

The Culture & Casino

Next we decided to go sight seeing in the city & we got to see the massive casinos they have around here. I had learn the people & culture here is different from Hong Kong. The place is much more cleaner...

I took pictures with one of the major casinos in town & also others building.

The currency here is PATACA (MOP) but the Hong Kong Dollar is freely acceptable. One is well advised to take Hong Kong dollars along. Like Hong Kong, Macau is not a particularly tip-conscious place.

Taking break...

The Macau Tower is the pride of the city. Being the 2nd highest tower after the CN Tower in Toronto, Canada, it is a major draw for both locals & tourists as it is also an entertainment Centre. I hear they have Bungee Jumping facility over there.

Nice, not for drive or riding... It's just a display as a Feng Shui - WTF!

5.00PM

We walked back to our hotel to retrieve our luggage. I hear the bigger casinos were in Taipa, so we took a cab across the bridge. We visited the Venetian, which in our opinion, really lived up to its name. Apart from the branded shops that makes it look like KL's Star Hill...

The latest hotel & casino is The Venetian, a replica of the one in Las Vegas, USA, built by the same person, Sheldon Adelman. Indeed it is a huge hotel, 3000 rooms with none of these being less than 700 sq ft! Its casino is so huge that it can match our Stadium Bukit Jalil in size. The piece-de-resistance in this hotel is The Grand Canal.

I know in Casino you can't take picture but with my Zoom lens, snap shot were taken...

Have our dinner for the evening. Fat Burger Set, delightful always...

Though it is like the one in Italy’s Venice, the remarkable thing is that this one is built inside the hotel. An artificial but real-like sky, gondolas moving in the canal with real Italian pilots, these are indeed a delight to see.

Mind you, some of the gondolier can sing really well...

I was very happy with my Macau trip. Since Macau is not that big a place but I would recommend to stay another night at lease you can fully explore the place without rushing.

Leaving out the jet plane...

We were told that Macau is a paradise for food lovers with a wide range of cuisines from all over the world. We did it & we sample it... Casino, fully experience & no big deal since our Malaysia currency is bigger than them. Don't get too addicted...

Ruins of St Paul

Touring
The best way to see the sights is walking & the best place to begin is from the Largo de Senado or Senate Square. Since 1992 many of the historical colonial buildings of any significance have been restored.

One of the most famous sights of Macau is the ruins of the Church of St Paul.

When we arrived at the Ruins of St Paul, there are a lot of people. The Ruins of St Paul was built in 1602 and was destroyed by a fire during a typhoon in 1835.

Thanks to a huge restoration program, in 2005 - Ruins of St Paul was one of UNESCO plan & squares as the Historic Centre of Macau World Heritage Site. A walk up 66 stone steps led us to the city ruins of St. Paul's Church...

Fortaleza do Monte

We continued to explore the ruins before moving on to Fortaleza do Monte (Portuguese Mount Fortress), which is located behind Ruins of St Paul. The fortress was built in 1626 & it was the military center during the Portuguese colonial era.

The Monte Fort is one of the best-preserved places in Macau. It now has an escalator for easy access of tourists to the top. Monte Forte houses the Macau Museum with displays of the history, culture & traditions.

Macau offers a wonderful palate of history, food, culture & of course, gambling. It is undergoing massive reclamation from the sea. No more the sleepy Macau of old, it is indeed in a boom phase.

Next we decided to go sight seeing in the city & we got to see the massive casinos they have around here.

Senado Square

Macau has had a Portuguese influence for over 400 years. Macau takes its name from A-Ma-Gau harbour, which in turn is named for A-Ma, the goddess of seafarers. The Portuguese first set foot here in 1513 & settled on the peninsula. After Hong Kong was handed over to China by the British in 1994, Macau was returned to China by the Portuguese in 1999. Like Hong Kong, Macau is now a Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China.

Day 4 - The street

At 10am, we woke up. Tired. Still need to walk. The visit to Macau was an eye opening experience, especially exploring the city center since all the heritage sites were just walking distance with each other.

All the heritage sites that I have been to, it is Macau that I think offers an authentic glance back history & the scenery is just breathtaking.

We visited Largo do Senado, the lovely city centre square with its cobblestone streets & elegant Portuguese style buildings. This is clearly evident in the architecture, the street names & most of the shop names in the city center.

From Senado Square, we walked further down the to see St Dominic's Church, built in 1587.

Next, will be the food. If you in Macau, you need to try their food...

Pork Burger, dry but the meat awesome.

Pearl Milk Tea, taste way better than Malaysia.

Egg Tart, famous Portuguese Egg Tarts. It was freshly baked & we couldn't resist the aroma.

For me, I prefer Tsingtao Beer... Bruup!

We continue to explored the nearby shops to see what sort of goods are being sold.

One Night in Macau

Day 3 - Arriving at Macau

We took the TurboJET ferry to Macau Terminal. The ferry was big, modern & comfortable. In fact, it feels much comfortable than a low cost airline. The trip took about 1 hours.

We arrived at Macau's Ferry Terminal. The immigration was quite jam with Chinese nationals. My friend mentioned previously that with Hong Kong & Macau becoming part of China, it makes it easy for mainland Chinese to travel to Hong Kong & Macau. Over the recent years Macau has seen a massive increase in local tourism, mainly due to the gambling culture from China.

11.00pm - check in, bath, relax & ready for rumble!

Not to mention, our stomach also rumble as well. Can't wait to have our food...

Food is in abundance, many street stalls, all worth trying alongside more traditional restaurants serving Dim Sum ideal for Yumcha.

that was BEFORE...

AFTER... Speechless, imagine how hungry we are.

We visit 1 of the more traditional Chinese casino's such as the Lisboa around midnight.

Casino
After dinner, we simply stroll through the streets to see, hear & smell the diversity of this tiny country. Macau is diverse, full of interesting buildings, a colonial Portuguese & modern Chinese as well as USA influenced casinos.

Macau still continues to enjoy its casino-led economy. We learn that the famous billionaire Stanley Ho had monopolized the casino franchise since 1960s till recently when the government opened it up to competition. Casinos & more casinos all over the small island that is Macau, the ‘Las Vegas of the East’. Casinos give Macau 40 % of its revenues & as such these are mushrooming. A few years back there were only 2 casinos & now there are 30 or maybe more coming.

After few hour gambling, my luck strike!
Wootz HK$600...

Day 3 - Shopping

The tiredness of the 2 days of nonstop walking was evident the next day. We woke up late & was able to left the hotel past 9 in the morning. Hotel check out & breakfast nearby. It's almost come to the end for my trip in Hong Kong before we depart to Macau by tonight.

Girl, need to do very last minutes by then... This is what a girl’s gotta do – SHOPPING!

Ladies Street
Tung Choi Street is a street situated between Boundary Street & Dundas Street in Mong Kok. It's popularly known as Ladies' Street (女人街), is 1 of the most well-known street markets in Hong Kong, where you find the various kinds of products are available for cheaper prices. Not just for women can go while the guys aim for the cheapest iPhone's gadget & etc. I manage to grab few of the cases for myself & some friends requested for.

Stinky tofu
Is a form of fermented tofu that has a strong odor & almost same smell of your armpit smell, ahaha... just kidding. Stinky tofu can be eaten cold, steamed, stewed, or most commonly, fried. It is often accompanied by chili sauce.

In Hong Kong it is very commonly served on roadside stands & in night markets. For us, we just can't resist to give a try (guys only).

Ouch! that painful... for 2 days none stop walking. For ladies, please do not wear any high heel or any uncomfortable shoes. Try sport shoe better...

It's getting late. Time to rush back to our hotel to pack all our stuff as we check out earlier...

Temple Street

It's 7pm. Before we move on, we drop by at Temple Street for final shopping. Is a street located in the areas of Jordan & Yau Ma Tei (really near to our hotel) in Kowloon. It is known for its night market & 1 of the busiest flea markets at night in the territory but I was kindly disappointment & there is nothing much to be seen.

Time to say goodbye to Hong Kong & we love Hong Kong very much. While 2 of my friends have to leave behind because the next day they do really need to start work. Overall I enjoyed the trip, but wished to come again.

I got Steve Jobs biography 2 week ago, finally got time to read...

The authorized biography Steve Jobs is written by Walter Isaacson, the former managing editor of Time magazine.

It’s already the best-selling book of the year, despite being released in late October...

In Steve book says:

Isaacson has told how Steve, in pain & too weak to climb stairs a few weeks before his death, wanted his children to understand why he wasn't always there for them. "I wanted my kids to know me," Isaacson quoted Steve as saying in their final interview at home in Palo Alto, California. "I wasn't always there for them & I wanted them to know why & to understand what I did." - say Steve.

It tell his early life, how Apple was invented, his company, family & his illness...

Steve could drive those around him to fury & despair. But his personality & products were interrelated, just as Apple's hardware & software tended to be, as if part of an integrated system. His tale is instructive and cautionary, filled with lessons about innovation, character, leadership & values.

On October 5, 2011, Apple announced that co-founder Steve Jobs had died. He was 56 years old at the time of his death. But his tales will never forgotten.

Missing From Mac OS X Lion - Front Row

The key features of Apple’s digital hub, Front Row. Is a media center on Mac application that was wildly popular until everyone seemed to forget that it was there. If you’re still sitting in front of a Mac running Leopard or Snow Leopard, you may seen it. For Lion, Apple completely remove it.

Front Row looks strikingly like the original Apple TV’s first interface. None of the interface or feature changes introduced with the new Apple TV made their way to Front Row.

What's Front Row?
They gather all the media on your Mac & provide access to it through attractive and intuitive interfaces. Unlike Front Row, they do a whole lot more, including streaming a wealth of Internet content audio as well as video.

So, under Lion, Front Row is dead.

Bell & Ross 2011 (Pavilion KL)

Another event recently held at Pavilion KL. It was my first time attending a watch event & I have thanks to John for bringing me along to be his assistant. The theme was all about going back to the classical days roaring into 20's.

New Bell & Ross Boutique located at Lot P3.19.00, Level 3, Pavilion KL.

Lots of preparation need to be done.

Models also preparing for themselves.

Thirsty? No worries... Vodka Absolut will be a main sponsor for the nights.

As soon everything done, me & John ready for the shoot out~

The event starts on the 3rd floor, in front of Prada with the registering of guests & viewing of the Bell & Ross watches.

The Pavilion KL Bell & Ross boutique launch party was graced by the CEO, Carlos Rosillo which brings the guests back to the 1920's.

For the example, like the picture above... Really go back to 20's!

We have special invited guest...

The ground floor where there's an empty area which turned into the Bell & Ross event area where there's an endless flow of canapes & booze. Haha... arr can not drink, on duty!

Watches such as the Bell & Ross Instrument have been designed to replicate the shape of a cockpit instrument taken from an aircraft. Bell & Ross is a French watch company headed by the French & Swiss designers Bruno Belamich & Carlos A. Rosillo.

Let's check with their collection:

Though I'm not the biggest fan of Bell & Ross, they do carry a few watches that I would dream of buying but "sell backside also can afford or I should ask my boss to raise my income"

The performances for the night with a nice live band & all the guest are partying...

It gave me a feeling that we are all back to the 20's & everyone was having a good time! I & John manage to complete the assignment around 12.30am...
